FAQs

Here are some of the questions I get asked the most often.

-I would like to order cookies! How can I contact you for ordering information?

Please email me at aislingscookies@yahoo.com with your request and if possible, note the date of the event, the number of cookies and the design/theme. (If you already know it!)

-Do you ship cookies?

I only ship cookies within my state of Massachusetts at this time.

-Is there a minimum amount to order?

Two dozen cookies is the minimum request for a custom order.

-Are your cookies gluten free and allergen free?

No, my cookies are made with flour, sugar, eggs, butter, baking soda, and vanilla extract.  Each cookie is decorated with royal icing, containing confectioners sugar, meringue powder, vanilla extract and food coloring.  Each cookie is made in a kitchen where they may have come into contact with any known allergens, including nut products.

-How early can I make a cookie request?

It is never too early to place a cookie request!  I book out at least 4 weeks during the quieter months and 6+ weeks during the busy summer and holiday months.  In order to have a confirmed cookie request on the calendar, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit which can be paid by online invoice.

-How long does it take to make these cookies?

The only honest answer is forever!  I consider cookie decorating a labor of love.

-Do you sell individual cookies?

Yes, I sell individual cookies two Saturdays a month at the Canal District Farmers Market, located in Kelley Square in Worcester.  The Saturdays differ each month, and I update my Facebook and Instagram accounts the week prior with the dates. Follow me on FB and IG for all updates!

-Do you do corporate requests?

Yes, I often do corporate cookie requests and I can even make logos!

-Do you teach classes?

Yes! Come learn to decorate cookies with me! And please see the Cookie Class link for more info!

If you have any other questions for me, please email me at aislingscookies@yahoo.com

Thank you!
